In accordance with the provisions of Order No. 83 and No.84 of the relevant regulations of Ministry of transportation on ship pollution prevention.

Article 16 The operator of ship which carrying oil in bulk shall , prior to ship’s loading/discharging operation or entering into or leaving a port, in accordance with the corresponding requirements, conclude the Ship Pollution Response agreement with qualified units.

Article 18 The operator of ship which carrying GT 10,000 tons and above liquid hazardous cargo other than oil in bulk shall , prior to ship’s loading/discharging or entering into or leaving a port, in accordance with the corresponding requirements, conclude the Ship Pollution Response agreement with qualified units.

21 The Ship shall keep the Ship Pollution Response agreement onboard for inspection and show it to MSA during processing ship’s entering or exiting a port or applying for ship’s loading/discharging operation formalities.

The ship shall report to the local MSA once found the ship pollution response units violated or unperformed the rules as required.
